Hail showers, need soup: cauliflower

I know a lovely caramelised cauliflower soup for cooking. However, since I've dedicated this site to raw food, here's a more pungent uncooked version.

It's surpisingly thick and creamy yet there's nothing but lemon juice, cumin, herbs, and a little olive oil in it. The simplicity of this appealed. In retrospect, there was nothing in this to disguise the bitter flavour so I think some nuts may have helped to tone it down. Probably one for the raw food stalwart.
