The Fort

Detail from a blocked entrance to the Fort Estate in Edinburgh. This was a housing estate built within the walls of the old Leith Fort. The last resident only left a very short time ago (the whole place was empty apart from them) and the final steel gates and accompanying anti vandal devices along the top fitted. This image is of one of them.
