I feel good (I knew that I would)

So today I felt the best I have in a long time. We were in b&q to get ceiling and wood paint for the bathroom refurb happening next week and they had a 3 for 2 on paint.

I had a bit of a crazy idea to take advantage of this and get some paint to do the kitchen. Which I did this afternoon.

This is a big thing for me - for 18 months I've not been able to do anything like this because of my shoulder injury do to actually feel like I've accomplished something feels great. My shoulder is twinging now but I'm not letting that get me down.
