Beach at Rhos-on-Sea

A sad day - my old tele which has been a loyal friend since about 1984 finally went to the tip!
It was so old that it didn't even have a SCART socket on it and I had spent about £30 on a modulator to get it to work with a freeview box!!

A few weeks ago I finally gave up and bought an 32 inch flat screen TV with Freeview HD (can't really see any difference between HD and SD but hey)

Tried to give the old one away on Freecycle etc etc but no-one seems to want it!
Wouldn't have been too bad but the guy at the tip just dragged it away by its power lead thus scratching the screen to bits - it seemed cruel somehow

Soppy git!

Anyway - went to the beach for some sunny shots and a nice lunch after to cheer myself up!
