Hammered......

.....I've been watching the slow, dare I say leisurely, progress of this pair all week....they've been working their way up the steps from beach level to the sea front at Cullercoats, hammering off the paint from the railings, presumably before a summer make-over.....they only appear to have one hammer.....the guy on the right does a lot of pointing......

High tides and dramatic seas but I give you the great british workman, poetry in motion......

Off out in the garden now to dig over what's going to be my new herb plot....my lovely brother dug out a whole load of rampant bushy stuff for me on Tuesday.....thank you Richard, you're a star!
