I'm stumped. Any ideas what the sign is trying to say?

I found it while walking my friend's dog around her apartment complex. Identical signs are along paths between most buildings. I'm guessing it's another one of those online literal translations that didn't translate very well. At least it's still polite. Plenty of signs get printed without someone checking the translation, leading to some *interesting* advertisements.
