Splash back

Rowing today, a lovely crisp morning to go for a wee row out into Loch Tay...so we thought. All was calm and sunny, quite mild infact...until we got out into the open waters! The current was quite strong, we got pulled into a little group of rocks (an island) and then almost sucked down the river Tay!! Luckily our rowing skills managed to pull us through!haha No sign of rain or snow at our level, however a quick glimpse up into the mountains and they were all wearing little white caps! Snow in mid April!?! Just makes this place look even more beautiful! Blistered hands now after an hour and a half of rowing/photo taking/inspirational shouting from the comfy seat at the back of the boat. Couldn't believe my luck....I mean camera skills, when I snapped this shot of mountains, loch and orr splash back as Hannah was rowing towards our mini island at the other side of the loch! Must admit I am pretty pleased with it!

Walks then a huge Indian take away for tea followed by a chilled night, this is what holidays are all about! :)
