Valldemossa

We took another road trip today up the western coast of Mallorca the Ma-10, which is a very popular route for cyclists as we must have passed hundreds! The first place we came to was Andratx followed by Estellencs then to Banyalbufar and onto Valldemossa where this photo was taken. The coastal road was breath taking for its views as well as its tiny roads. Having to travel in 1st gear for most bends, followed by the side of the road breaking off to fall off a cliff with the road barely big enough for two cars to pass. At one point we had to slam on the breaks and drive into a ditch at the side of the road to avoid a collision with a tanker who appeared to not know how to use its breaks.
Though the tiny hilltop village was splendid with tiny little cobbled streets and outside restaurants where we had a paella seafood lunch.
