Quick Anemones

A quick blip tonight - back to Karate after work so that means little time when I get back to play - well to be honest, little inclination.

Given that I've missed the last two classes I did ok - I finally have 1st kata stuck in my mind so time to start working on my technique - which leaves something to be desired. Still I know what I'm supposed to be doing so I guess that's half the battle.

Tomorrow I'm off to Malmesbury to hang all my pics in the gallery - then all I have to do is sell them all......
