Not just any chocolate muffin

... this is a Marks & Sparks muffin. Mighty tasty it was, too. I love the gooey bit in the centre of their choccie muffins, and they manage to strike a perfect balance between soft and moist, yet pleasantly crisp on top. Mmmm. Could eat another four just thinking about them :)
