Mini Cheddars

A busy day at work, finishing the May programme, then the pub afterwards for what felt like the first time in ages. A couple of pints turned into four and then some rum. Marvellous.

An ex-boyfriend taught me how to make these from crisp packets when I was seventeen, and I've been making them fairly obsessively ever since. Bar staff love them, so much easier to tidy up. :-)
