Sushi

On a Saturday we like something special (compared to local habits) for diner. We like Thai food very much and lately we enjoy Japanese as well. Well, we always enjoyed it but Fleur makes sushi herself now. Rolling the sushi rice with shrimps, wasabi and cucumber is not easy but Fleur gets better every time. And even if they are not rolled to perfection the taste is excellent.
