Crow bombing a Kite

I've been told there was a Kite locally but had never seen it. Lady D spotted this one flying past my kitchen window as I was making lunch. It it was being bombed by a whole flock of crows who have been congregating on the hillside behind the house.

Fortunately this time I did have, a) the right lens and b) a card in the camera but, by the time I'd got it the Kite was whirling in the distance' still being set upon by a couple of determined birds. Not the best picture in the world but, finally proof that the Kite does exist.

We followed it's progress until it flew out of sight. I'm left with the hope that it may come back.
