Find a penny...

...pick it up and all day long you'll have good luck. Don't know if today was particularly lucky but it was relaxed and D was one penny richer by the end of it.

The kids were still suffering from the sugar-low after yesterday's party and this meant they slept lots. Which meant me and R got lots done in the house/garden. Which meant happy parents and well rested and smiley kids when they woke.

Nipped out for a few groceries and a walk with D. He's so independent and likes to walk wherever possible at 14 months. He loves to be chased too and can move pretty swiftly on his toes when you're trying to stop him demolishing the glass display in aisle 4.

Both A and D are currently in a state of undress, ready for a bath but have instead decided to do some freestyle jumping from the sofas. The squeals of delight are echoing round the place. Spoke too soon, it's just turned to tears. Time to go.
