Lemon Drizzle Cupcakes

I decided to bake again today after yesterday's Cherry & Banana loaf was almost entirely devoured by my hubby! These were made with gluten free flour, organic butter and organic unwaxed lemons. I also put a little organic lemon curd in each case before baking just for a change. I like baking :)
