Tough Job

Sunny start to the day so I decided to do a bit of tidying in the garden before it turns cold and wet again.

Not too strenuous to begin with, bit of weeding along the borders of our driveway.

Then got a bit carried away with hacking off all the dead brown leaves of the yuccas. It was quite a battle with the razor sharp greenery, but towards the end KK came home from the Church Office and helped out, before he moved on to mowing the grass. Nearly good enough for a job at Wimbledon!

So we are feeling very virtuous and gratified by all the hard work.

Phew, I feel a holiday would be well-deserved now, don't you?
