Getting there

We've been "Under Offer" for a while and are really hoping to be "Sold" soon. However the wee man came and put the Under Offer stickers on our sign today and it felt like a definite sign of progress. Alexei calls the sign our flag, and I think he'll be pretty gutted when it goes!
