Friut bowl

This is one of the beautiful wooden bowls, turned by my good friend Richard the wood turner. He spends most of his spare time, in the wood shed. Converting pieces of tree into round wooden objects. No one quite knows why he does this other than it runs in the family as his father also likes to turn too.

In fact it seems they end up with so many round wooden objects. His mother ends up going to craft shows to get rid of them...

To be fair they are both very skilled craftsmen and make some wonderful pieces of work...
