climbing up on Garleton Tower

Went for a pre tea-time wander, and ended up climbing on one of Mr Smith's favourite monuments. He's frequently Blipping from the base, but as for the top....

It's a tough climb up the hill, and a dodgy climb up the unlit, narrow steps inside. However once you reach the top you realise it's all been worth it.
