Emergency blip tonight... grey, dull day and didn't really have the time nor inclination to take my camera anywhere!

This letter arrived today. I'll not bore you with the story but I'm making a complaint about a solicitor's firm who I feel through their actions cost me nearly £300.

Will it be worth it? We shall see...
