Scott's View

Stopped at Scotts View in Scottish Borders today with American visitors. So called after Sir Walter Scott on his jaunts in his carriage pulled by his beloved horses, he loved to stop here to admire the view of the hills and the River Tweed.
I tried out my wide lens on view over to Eildon Hills Romans called them Trimontium. In the photo the gorse is in vivid yellow flower. We visited Melrose Abbey and Traquair and Rosslyn Chapel .....a busy day!
