Thank goodness it's Friday....

.... and Annie made dinner -she is a star! Feta cheese, pine nut and red pepper quinoa balls with sweet chilli soy chicken strips, green salad and fennel aioli. SCRUMPTIOUS!!

Sadly I couldn't eat very much as I seem to have picked up some sort of tummy bug so I've been in bed with my laptop most of the day. Actually.... I seem to have got more done than usual in the peace and quiet of my bedroom! I have crossed several things off my very long list and even managed to write and post my blog for the first time since early February! I wish I didn't ache all over though..... but I'll be better tomorrow, I'm sure!
