Is This the Real Life?

Is This the Real Life? (Is this just fantasy?)- Still pondering the dilemma of how to create something new, and if repetition of previous works is necessarily a bad thing. Take Bohemian Rhapsody for example, one of the most over played songs in the history of music. It simultaneously drives me crazy but is somehow comforting, familiar and uplifting. These comfort zones in artworks are important, if we as creative individuals did not have a comfort zone then we would not be able to purposefully place ourselves on the edge on such a place. Therefore making it impossible to create works 'new' in comparison to our own personal 'normality'.
