Following on from the success of the cider I made last year which is about to run dry, I've decided to try my hand at some beer and wine. These are currently bubbling away in the kitchen at the moment. Hopefully this will eventually become 40 pints of IPA and 6 bottles of Merlot. The instructions suggest that the Merlot is best left for 6 months before drinking, but I doubt I'll be able to hold out that long!
