Why is Hilary Benn MP blowing a Kazoo?

Today say the magnificent reopening of the Woodhouse Community Centre, Leeds after its refurbishment. Hilary Benn popped in and stayed a long time and was very supportive.

The official opening was conducted to mass kazoo fanfare which was professionally rehearsed, before the "orchestra" went out into Woodhouse Street for the unveiling of the sign.

Huge numbers of local people turned out for the fun day which included stalls by local organisations, arts activities, drama, poetry and food.
