The Romance

The Wild Romance is the band of the late Herman Brood, the Dutch rock 'n roll junkie. Killed himself 10 years ago by jumping off the Amsterdam Hilton.

His band though is still touring the Netherlands. With a new lead singer: Stick. Makes the Romance sound like in the days when Herman himself was still around.

Picture taken at the Chillin' Fields festival yesterday. The Romance did their gig after midnight. That's why I can blip it today.
