A view of two Rishton Churches.

Rishton has a strong Churches Together Group that I belong to and we have enjoyable social events, especially during Lent and Advent.
In the distance, on the left, is St. Peter and Paul's Parish Church.
They have a church bell that rings for weddings and special occasions.
The building is nearly 200 years old with a well tended garden.
St. Charles RC Church in the main part of the picture, was built in 1939 and has a big garden which is a good background for sacrimental and wedding photos.
The planter outside the Church is looked after by Rishton Prospects and beautifies that area with Spring bulbs and bedding plants, usually red and white begonias in the Summertime.
