Flags Flying...a windy day

A long day caring for babies and children, grandparents perks !!
Looking for inspiration so took a wander down to St Peter Port harbour to see what was happening.
Took a few pics and hard to decide on a suitable one but, I quite like this one hence, I am sharing it.
