Blood: An introduction

The Red Cross Blood Bank came to talk to my rotary club tonight.

Now I admit that I am not a huge needle fan, but I had no idea all the things they use blood for. Did you know they use it for the treatment and prevention of tetanus? I didn't.

I'm possibly convinced to give blood. Almost. Perhaps.
