Beached & Shellshocked

I know, the title is rubbish. I hope the photo makes up for it.

Was at Portabello beach on Thursday last week and this was one of the shells that I picked up.

But I do feel beached. I do feel shell-shocked.

Last week brought medical appointments, some positive news but some horrible news.

emotions are like a yoyo.
