Old Railway Walk Grimsargh.

On the site of the old Preston to Longridge railway, this part was improved around 3 years ago. It is hoped in time that it will link up with the Preston Guild 21 mile cycle wheel around Preston. This should be fully opened by September 2012.

My left achilles is very painful today and I am walking like a very old man. My left leg fell down a bracken covered hole last October. My knee was swollen for 3 days but that settled down just leaving me with a painful left heal from time to time. I have a 5 day walking trip planned from Friday. Travelling to Crinan, Campbeltown and Sanda Island...Oops.
