I give up!

Having withstood days of rain, this poor tulip was being buffeted by the wind, longing for some sunshine. So it seemed to give up, and surrender to the elements.
I knew how it felt after my walk with the dog this morning! We just had to go out, and it never stopped raining. The dog enjoyed it - we both got soaked!

But this afternoon, I had booked a relaxing facial ! A present from my daughter for Mother's Day last month, and today was the day!

What a great thing to do on a wet Monday afternoon! Now I feel great, not like the tulip at all !!
