Tea time

LadyWL was on a training course today in a place with lots of L's and M's!! She was not looking forward to the course because they said they would not provide any T's or coffees!! What is that all about??

Ever prepared, LadyWL loaded her bag with tea bags and milk. Thank goodness the facilitator had the same idea! Smiles all round! It's surprising what a difference tea/coffee breaks make to a learning & development day!!

Should hot refreshments be provided at a training day? What do ewe think?
