Stage 1

I spent about 6 hours in my front garden today. When I returned from Roseburg I discovered that spring had sprung and I was still functioning in winter!! I had pulsitilla blooming, a daffodil out, peonies fighting with last year's stems, and a general mess! So, today everything has been cut down.
Stage 2 will hopefully happen tomorrow: I will rake and weed more thoroughly, and do the same for the side garden near the road. I love to work in my garden--I can hardly move today!!!
