Humming along

An exciting start to the day.Our room looks 'over the garden.'Not sure which garden the brochure was talking about but when you wake up, stroll out to the balcony and discover the trees are full of life and then catch a glimpse of a humming bird darting between blossoms...I was a little more than excited.Not a good state to be in when trying to take a photo but by the end of this holiday in sunny Barbados I will hopefully of captured a whole humming bird.
I can add a mongoose and a horse that swims in the sea and a rather large crab who has just appeared on the boardwalk as I was typing this late at night to my list of unusual events for the day.
