A promise realised

Last Friday I posted a blip of tulips in our back garden, just outside the kitchen window. The light was flat and misty after some showers and they were full of promise.

Today I went out to mow the back lawns after lunch and Maeve's walk, and there were the tulips in full sun. They have delivered their colour :-)
