Scrummy flapjacks. Don't know if they will last...

Made trays & trays of kale chips today in readiness for food festival at the weekend. Will probably shock the conservative public that frequents these events, but you have to try.

In between times, I did some flapjacks. Made from soaked oat grouts, oilive oil and apple concentrate, with a few raisins and fresh apple thrown in. Soft and more-ish. The magic ingredient is cinnamon - enough to make you humm.
