Chocolately muchness!

Have expanded into making large cupcakes at the request of K. who felt the smaller ones were too dainty and not man friendly portion sizes.

Tried out a chocolate sponge and icing to which I can only describe as being muchos chocolately! Perhaps not quite as rich as the Bournville cake I made R. once year for her birthday but definately heading in that direction.

Think I may have sickened myself of cake just in time for my birthday! oh dear...
