Cubic Cake (BB)

This was the cake we made for my brother's birthday. We I decided on a ridiculous method of making each individual carrot cake cube separately (yes, 64 of them) and sticking them together with cream cheese, coloured with black food dye. It took a long time but it was actually really nice as you could just grab a cube rather than slicing.
