Mean old fart

Not only he/she is confiscating the balls that landed on his/her balcony.
But he/she also feels compelled to stack them high so that the trophies are visible from the street.

Edit 3 minutes after posting: it is only now, after all these years, that I notice the figure hiding behind the curtain, when checking the large version. A sad figure.
