Workers' Protest! Day 1.

Workers sit outside the restaurant they work at to stage a protest against the management of a shopping mall King Glory Plaza (Jin Guang Hua), Luohu, Shenzhen, China.

The banners claim injustice. Management at King Glory Plaza have reneged on an agreement. Just what the exact problem is not clear the banners all carry a similar non too specific message. It goes without saying I was shepherded away from this are and asked not to take photos.

To lessen the impact of this demonstration, on the 5th floor, the lifts which stop floors -B2 to 7 were not stopping at the 5th floor. The shutters were brought down to block the protesters from public view. This demonstration involving the police lasted all day!
