bruschetta with feta

backblip. Today was the first saturday that I didn't work for probably 3 months... and I did nothing. First there was a chipmunk stuck in my dryer, which was basically an utter fiasco. So during the interim I decided to cook up something really good for lunch because the day was going so poorly.

so I made this bruschetta (garlic bread+ provolone+ tomato + fresh red onion+ basil and oregano+ grilled chicken breast + feta) and some rice and I drank apple juice out of a wine goblet... because I was feeling fancy. Not a great blip but I thought the colors were pretty at least.
