Wild weather today has driven Ross to try to block the bief to stop the farmhouse flooding. This meant going out through the wild woods in the windy storm with high tech bits of corrugated iron wearing this special outfit. The jacket was my Dad's in the 70's and I've been allotment gardening in it for a decade. Evidently the water level has dropped, so it worked.
