Grumbled all morning at consenting to pay a parking fine for 40 minutes spent outside my own front door.

Afternoon came home after a few hours in town to discover I had failed to lock the back door, which had blown open in the wind along with the back gate ... giving erns the opportunity to leg it and explore the excitements of Oswestry town centre ... instead I found him sat bemused in the back yard. It may have only been a few minutes, it may have been a few hours but bless my well behaved hound!

PS .. realised erny has become a bit of a fall back blip ... but only 5 so far, as opposed to 11 bike related!! ... and btw ... the brooks saddle is the comfiest thing I have ever had! honest.
