1889

Found an old map of the estate I work on and on the bottom corner is part of lower Ilkley .
It's from 1889 and shows from ashlands field next to the school down to esso garage , there's not much but fields back then . Most of the houses are still around but Rhydding grange has gone . Must have been nice and peace full back then .
