Traffic Calming : Beside the Railway

Bollards and blur. Another addition to my occasional series "Beside the Railway".

I particularly like the effect on the railings across the road. The railway line runs in a cutting beyond the railings, with the blurry tenement flats on Fotheringay Road beyond.

You often see learner drivers in the quiet, wide roads around here.
