Dandelions in the rain

More rain all morning and it is cold too. Drove up the the shops for bread and bits rather than the usual walk.

Nipped out into the garden to see what's growing. The leaky pond is now nearly full again due to the rain that we've had over the last few weeks. The garden has burst into a vast green tapestry. The lavender is in flower and so are the dreaded dandelions. I liked the textures and shapes in this photo of a large group of them.

Off out for more comedy this evening - my Christmas present to husband has finally come round.
