Snails pace

snails pace....how slow last nights shift went! lets hope tonights better!

Then a day off tomorrow to go see the mate who snapped both acl's in his knees so had surgery. He's now on leave from the army and not running for 12months so I'm cooking the food!

Had some time today to play with the macro tubes again ! quite good fun ... but some freek me out a bit haha!
