Day T-72: Poolkey

The janitors must be getting sick of me coming in to their room and taking their key to the pool, although if it is not where they left it they now just expect that I am in having a paddle.

Another day swimming and the sessions are really building up. 3K a couple of months ago would have been a tough session, now it is almost a recovery day.
