Solidarity

Today I ventured slightly further afield than of late, well at least a kilometer or two. Destination the very pleasant eastern end of Gijon bay. The area is known as the 'Rinconín', or 'little corner'. There is a park and campsite and the clifftop coastal path runs through it.

Seen here, prominent in the park, is the sculpture 'Solidaridad' by the Andalucian sculptor José Noja.

The sculpture has been know to resemble a seagull, such as when it received a sneak preview, top-right in my earlier blip :)
